During these times, we need to nourish our bodies and our souls. Let's take care of each other, and come together as a community. Shabbat services will be streamed on this website and we have established Zoom meetings for morning minyan for anyone who would like the opportunity to pray together. Below, you will find the links to join not only our regular services, but also our additional programs.
SHABBAT SERVICES
Videos and sound tracks will soon be available on our website for daily prayers and to welcome Shabbat.
Judaism has a long history of meditation and contemplative practice. Although many in the Jewish the community might be unaware of it, Jewish mysticism is rich in deep meditative techniques. The intention--the goal--in Jewish meditation is always to become closer to our Creator. This practice is helpful in developing the awareness of the Divine spark that is contained in all of creation, and in emulating the Divine attributes of compassion and loving-kindness. The relaxation techniques found in meditation are powerful for the healing of body and soul as well as for concentration. Jewish meditation also opens us to Divine blessings and helps us to become a source of blessings in this world.
