Mount Sinai Medical Center: Mount Sinai is providing vaccines to Miami-Dade County residents who are 75 or older and for existing patients 65 or older. Send an Email to [email protected] include your name, date of birth and contact information. You can try to Call 305-674-2312 but they are usually suggesting that you send an email.
Jackson Health System: Miami-Dade’s public hospital network has started vaccines for seniors at three locations. Christine E. Lynn Rehabilitation Center, 1611 NW 12 Ave., Miami. Jackson South Medical Center, 9333 SW 152 St., Miami. North Dade Health Center, 16555 NW 25 Ave., Opa-locka. Check www.safeatjackson.org for appointments.
BROWARD COUNTY Drive-thru sites: The Florida Department of Health in Broward has opened a number of drive-thrus for anyone 65 or older. Appointments and a photo ID are required. Appointments are available at www.browardcovidvaccine.com. Vaccines are free or charge. The sites are: Tradewinds Park, 3600 W. Sample Road, Coconut Creek. Vista View Park, 4001 SW 142 Ave. Markham Park, 16001 W. State Road 84. Holiday Park, 1150 G. Harold Martin Drive, Fort Lauderdale. Central Broward Park & Broward County Stadium, 3700 NW 11th Place, Lauderhill.
Memorial Healthcare System: Keep checking www.mhs.net. A “MyChart” portal is available to current Memorial patients To make an appointment electronically at https://mychart.mhs.net/mychart. Otherwise, call 954-276-4340 weekdays to register.
Broward Health: register in advance at BrowardHealth.org, then click on “To request a COVID-19 vaccination click here” to complete and submit the vaccination request form.
